If you have been with Fit Foodie Runs for some time, you will know that I am huge on goal setting. It’s important to have success in your life and reach the dreams you desire! (Not the every day rut of routine but things you want to accomplish!)
Remember: All goals can be broken down to be achieved.
Many people each year make a list of resolutions and then break their long-term goal into short-term goals or monthly goals. The great thing about goals is that they don’t have a start date. You can start whenever you’d like.
Why write down goals?
- By writing them down you can see if they are tangible
- It will motivate you to take action!
- You can see your progress by date
- Keeps you focused
- Used as a reminder
